Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to deliver your order. While shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, in extremely rare circumstances some orders may take up to 9 business days.
Tracking
Tracking is provided directly by our shipping carriers. Once your order ships, you can use the carrier's tracking system to monitor your package.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
